Payment Policy
Payment, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to reserve your private session. Your card will only be charged upon arrival for your appointment, unless you choose to pay in cash.
Please note:
Credit/Debit Card Payments: A 3.5% + .15¢ processing fee will be added to all card transactions.
Cash Payments: Accepted with no additional fees.
All sales are final — no refunds will be issued for any reason.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your session time is reserved exclusively for you. To maintain fairness and consistency for all clients:
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the session fee will be charged.
No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session: The full session fee will be charged.
Arriving more than 20 minutes late without notice: The session will be considered a no-show and charged in full.
If payment is not received within this timeframe, your session time may be released to another client.
A receipt or confirmation will be provided upon request.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule up to 2 times per month at no charge when made at least 24 hours in advance.
Reschedule requests made within 24 hours of your scheduled time will follow the cancellation policy above.
If rescheduling is abused (for example, rescheduling every month), you may lose rescheduling privileges. Repeated or habitual abuse will result in restrictions on your ability to reschedule and may result in standard cancellation/no-show charges applying.
Thank you for understanding — these policies help me keep a consistent, reliable schedule and provide the best service to all clients.
Packages must be used within 45 days of purchase. The remaining will be forfeited
