This welcoming class is designed for adults of all ages and movement abilities, with modifications and progressions offered throughout class. 

Bring your mat, resistance band, foam roller, small stability ball, hand towel, and water.

Payment is required to book.
$16 per class
No refund
1 Make-up within 7 days if cancelled within the 24-hour window.
