My Story:

The Blueprint Behind Taylor To Fit™

The Journey That Shaped My Architectural Eye™

My Story: Uniting Passion with Purpose

I spent more than two decades in construction, learning that every strong structure begins with a solid foundation, thoughtful design, and careful observation. I eventually realized those same principles apply to the human body. That realization became the blueprint for Taylor To Fit™ and the Architectural Eye™
My wellness journey began in 1998 with my first Pilates class.
At the time, I never imagined that Pilates would become the foundation that allowed me to continue a physically demanding career in construction for more than two decades.
Over the years, I experienced significant physical challenges, including spinal injuries, nerve pain, and structural imbalances.
Pilates became my blueprint for rebuilding strength.
It helped me understand alignment, movement patterns, and how to work with my body instead of against it.
Today, Pilates continues to support my mobility, strength, and ability to enjoy this next chapter of life.
My mission is to help others discover the same confidence in their own bodies.

Learn to See Movement Before You Design Movement

Before we change movement, we must understand it.
The Taylor To Fit™ Method is built on the T.A.Y.L.O.R. Framework™:

Understand your body's movement patterns before making changes.

A — Assess the Movement Strategy

Identify how your body creates movement, compensates, and adapts.

Y — Yield the Right Environment

Create the conditions your body needs to learn and improve.

L — Lead With Purpose

Move intentionally with a clear goal.

O — Observe Again

Movement is always evolving.

R — Reflect & Refine

Continue learning, adapting, and building.
