From the concrete jungle to beaches and farms — movement has stayed at the center of my life. Now, I help you understand yours.
Discover Your Movement StoryI spent over twenty years working in New York City's concrete jungle — wearing steel-toe boots, climbing ladders, carrying tools, and adapting to whatever the job required.
But my story didn't start there. As a child, I already had movement habits I didn't question — leaning onto one side, crossing the same leg, carrying bags unevenly. Over time, those patterns shaped how my body adapted.
Today, I live in Delaware — surrounded by beaches, open space, and farms. The environment is different, but movement is still at the center of my life.

Our surroundings may change.
Our bodies may change.
Our movement needs will change.
But our ability to learn how to move well can support us through every stage of life.
This is not about perfection. It is about learning how to move with more confidence in your body — not less.
Discover how everyday postures, work, and lifestyle patterns quietly shape the way your body moves.
Build balance, awareness, and functional strength that supports the way you actually live.
Learn how to adjust exercises and daily activities to fit your body today — not where you "should" be.
Create realistic movement habits that support real life — not rigid programs you can't maintain.
Adapt through aging, injury, and lifestyle transitions with strategies designed around you.
Reconnect with your body and trust the way you move — through every stage of life.
This is for people who want to understand their body — not fight against it.
My work blends Pilates-based movement, corrective exercise principles, functional training, breath & awareness, and lifestyle-based movement education.
I don't believe in forcing the body into movement. I believe in learning what the body is capable of — and adjusting from there.
SOOA was created during a time when connection and support were deeply needed. It continues as a space for women to come together in community, encouragement, and wellness.
Because movement is not only physical — it is emotional, social, and deeply personal.
Movement itself remains one of the most powerful tools we have for living fully. Let's build strategies that support you through every stage of life.
